We are an established team of commercial law solicitors staffed by a team of more than 10 solicitors, many of whom have over 10 years specialist experience in their chosen field.

We don’t cut corners. However, we also fully appreciate that commercial clients require a highly efficient, practical and cost proportionate service, with transparency to the fore.

The commercial law team is headed by David Swede and James Swede. David has well over 30 years of high quality and wide ranging commercial law experience. In addition to his skills as a commercial lawyer, David is  a qualified mediator and an experienced businessman himself.
