All businesses will need contracts and a variety of business law documents. The market for such documents tends to comprise :-

1. Cheap and affordable off the shelf template contracts; or

2. Going to see a solicitor and being charged possibly over £1,000.00 plus VAT on a time basis for the contract or document

Our service fills the demand between the 2 options above.

It is danagerous, however tempting, to use an off the shelf template. Diufferent businesses and different bsuiness situations demand different solutions – one size does not fit all. The other potential problem with this solution is that if you don’t fully understand your own contract and why it includes certain clauses this can create difficulties in negotiating on it in the future and can be potentially embarassing if a customer, supplier or employee wants to know whya vcertain contract clause is included or what it means.

We also understand that businesses, particularly in the current economic conditions, look at legal advice and services witha  close eye on cost benefit. Lawyers can be perceived as over complicating contracts and being ultra cautious notwithstanding that this is not what a client wants.
